Geraldine McCullagh

Profile

I have substantial experience as a broadcaster, mostly in the BBC, with expertise both as a presenter in local and regional radio and TV, and as a senior editorial leader on national projects. Alongside my day job, I trained and worked as a BBC Executive Coach, Mentor and Creative Facilitator. Now as a full time Business Coach and Facilitator, I continue to draw on my extensive broadcasting skills, having a particular emphasis on developing clients' creative vision, how they think through it and then how they communicate it with clarity and confidence in a range of settings, for maximum impact. I work one to one with business leaders and managers, and work as a facilitator with their teams. For clients who require more direct training in communication and self presentation, I can do this for a range of platforms for them and their teams.

Coaching approach

As well as working with the TGROW model, I work with breath, mindfulness and visualisation as a way of getting clients to be more open, present and fully aware to increase their leadership and executive presence. I also work with metaphor and movement, in the Clean Language tradition, to get past binds and circular thinking patterns or blind spots. I am very warm and non judgmental, my sessions are usually fun, but I'm not afraid to bring challenge and tough questions to my clients.
