Coaching approach

My clients say I'm collaborative, warm and a lot of fun. I use humour and insight to help individuals play to their strengths, and honesty and empathy to help them step beyond their comfort zone, gain greater self-awareness, and deliver results. My approach bespoke, using a blend of coaching approaches to suit the individual needs of the client. We might draw diagrams, use cards and pictures, go for a walk, or simply talk. I am led by the client and what they find most useful. Whilst occasionally challenging, what underpins my approach is a sense of trust and respect - a safe and positive space for clients to develop, move forward and grow. I’m accredited in a range of highly insightful, strengths-based psychometric tools to deepen self-awareness and understanding. It’s fair to say the use of these tools is always supplementary to the coaching, rather than the central focus.
