Geetu Bharwaney is Founder of Ei World, a company which creates transformation for individuals and organisations using Emotional Intelligence as a framework. She leads projects involving coaching and emotional intelligence in a global cross cultural context. She is particularly interested in using emotional intelligence to understand the 'inner leader' and build targeted coaching interventions for reaching business goals. One of her key passions is to equip coaches in leading edge tools and methodologies for working with emotional intelligence. Geetu is a team and executive coach. Geetu has specialised in emotional intelligence since 1999. She qualified as a workplace counsellor (Roehampton University 2002), a Master Behavioural Coach (2007) and to Masters degree level in the Psychology of Health (City University, 2007). She is a Fellow of the CIPD and a Fellow of the RSA.
