I have 20 years' experience of OD Executive Business Change and Leadership Coaching; a Masters in Exec Coaching from Ashridge; Masters in NLP; APECS and Ashridge accreditation, as well as expert Facilitation and Masterclasses in a wide range of leadership and coaching related areas. I have worked with Boards, Directors, Non-Execs, Leadership Teams and across organisations on a wide range of fields. I have designed and facilitated structured programmes of business transition, culture change and leadership development for large blue chip clients. My experience as Sales & Marketing Director gave me a strong commercial eye; my work in helping to resolve conflict and division in teams has enabled me to help get projects back on track and my conference speaking career has connected me internationally to business communities. I work in the UK, UAE, Hong Kong, India, Europe and Russia.

Coaching approach

I am known for my direct, challenging and business focused approach to coaching, honed through working with over 200 Board and senior teams across all industries and functions. I specialise in helping leaders to think differently, tackle difficult issues and politics, strengthen key relationships and networks, communicate powerfully and get profoundly different results. My executive team coaching gets teams performing at their best. My latest innovation is working as an ethical Coaching Partner. My coaching style is pragmatic, strategic, challenging and filled with humour and energy. I am also known for strongly empathetic and resonant relationships where difficult issues can be surfaced and addressed.
