I am an experienced HR and Learning professional with 20 years’ service in the learning and communications industry delivering to internal and external clients; an award-winning senior project manager in digital learning and, from 2010 to 2018, a strategic HR Business Partner. In 2019, I joined Citi went back to project management to focus purely on supporting Digital Learning once again. I have always used coaching in my roles in HR and working with clients but, in 2020, was delighted to complete my Diploma with the Academy of Executive Coaching. I have experienced the benefits of coaching in my career and in the careers of those I have been working with. What is particularly fascinating about coaching, for me, is how change can happen through what seems to be a simple conversation that allows time to think and reflect.
