Coaching approach

I have been questioning, searching and learning for as long as I can remember. I have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience and love helping others to develop to be the best they can be. I draw on a range of perspectives, models and tools in my way of working; Mindfulness practices help me to stay grounded and present with myself and those I work with. The choice to change is available to all of us and I have found that we benefit from having good company on the journey of change.
