Estelle Read has been in the Human Resources industry for almost 30 years and so understands the things that get in the way of a person's best performance at work. As a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, (CIPD), a qualified coach and practitioner in many therapeutic disciplines, she has coached and trained in excess of 10,000 people. Estelle is also the author of Inner Brilliance · Outer Shine: 10 Antidotes to Imposter Syndrome, Workaholism and Stress. Estelle has been running her own executive coaching and training consultancy business, Beee, since 2005. She works with a variety of clients ranging from PLC's through to small local companies; the common denominators being that they are all looking to optimise performance, productivity success and wellbeing, so that they lead their best business-lives.
