Dr Erica Bowen is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist an EMCC accredited coach-mentor and part-time professor of psychology. She has spent more than 20 years supporting people to achieve their goals within higher education and criminal justice contexts. Drawn into coaching through her academic senior leadership experience, Erica is passionate about helping others achieve sustainable success, that is success without burnout. Erica specialises in working with women in executive and leadership positions, particularly when they are new in role. However, Erica also coaches men in leadership and through leadership and employment transitions.

Coaching approach
I take an integrative and holistic approach to coaching which draws upon solution focused brief therapy, fourth wave cognitive behavioural therapies, physical intelligence coaching and somatic and trauma informed coaching training. Consequently I work with the mind through the body in order to support my clients to achieve their goals.
