I specialise in the systemic development of leaders, teams & their relational leadership, working with both experienced and ‘new’ emerging leaders. Over the last 25 years I’ve co-facilitated major transformation and development programs across the UK, Europe and N. America and have worked extensively in both private and public sectors. In 2002 I successfully presented my research into the transformational qualities of self-inquiry for a PhD at the Centre for Action Research, University of Bath. I continue to develop my practice through the rigours of action research & in 2011 I published a paper in the Educational Journal of Living Theories entitled “Exploring an extended role for coaching – through the eyes of an action researcher”. I'm the co-author of “Touchpoint Leadership: A collaborative approach to organisational development, leadership and team coaching” (Kogan Page, 2013).

Both my coaching and supervision work combine the insights I've gained from transformational coaching, systemic constellations, Peter Hawkins' five dimensions of team coaching, TA, OD practices, and ongoing research into dialogue and inquiry. All my work is grounded in my own experience of business leadership, and focuses on taking a systemic perspective. I coach face to face, by telephone and by Skype.
