I am a business coach, consultant and facilitator and work with individuals and teams, often when they are coping with change and upheaval. Over the years I have worked in some pressurised organisational and consulting roles implementing restructures, redundancies and change. As a coach I draw on this experience together with my formal training, to enable others to learn the negotiating, communication and resilience skills that help people feel able to give of their best and achieve their aims.

Diana’s abiding interest is in supporting people to perform well at work and deal with change and uncertainty. Her coaching approach is based on systems thinking and personal mastery, underpinned by qualifications in Clean Language and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She helps her clients look into the eddies and undercurrents of their working lives and find new ways to stay afloat.
