With over 30 years of management and commercial experience through exposure to a variety of business situations I bring a very pragmatic approach. I have managed several organisations through change processes; having worked for major UK and Global companies in both the private, and public sector. My experience has focussed on managing change where I successfully led and developed individuals, and teams, to achieve results. In addition to my commercial experience, I bring over 10 years experience of facilitating on a highly effective Leadership in Management programme, am an accredited coach with Strathclyde University, and have an MBA from Sussex University. I am qualified to use a variety of psychometric tools, a Master NLP practitioner, and Somatic Coach. I am also an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation.

My approach to coaching is holistic taking into account he whole person and the context within which they operate. My primary aim with all my clients is to really get to know you and your needs. We can then be clearer about the results we/you are aiming for. I believe you hold the answers and will work with you to identify these and where appropriate give you feedback and help you look at things from a different perspective. I have a range of tools and techniques we may use, if it's going to help you achieve what you want to achieve. You will be challenged, supported and encouraged throughout the coaching and we'll also have fun.
