I am a coach, mediator and trainer with over 15 years experience as a manager and a strong track record in developing staff to maximise their potential. Coaching specialties include confidence coaching, motivation coaching, conflict coaching, development coaching, performance coaching and coaching skills for managers training. I hold a BA Modern Languages, a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) a Diploma in Life Coaching (LCH), accredited by the OCN and the International Institute of Coaching. I also have a Certificate in Interpersonal Mediation. I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and adhere to their code of ethics. With 3 others I have set up and coordinate the East Midlands Regional EMCC Group which allows fellow coaches to network and continue to develop skills and expertise.

Coaching approach
