Hello my name is Clare and I have been a qualified coach for over 10 years now. I practiced as a coach before then, through my roles within HR. I set up my own business in 2003, and have experienced many highs and lows during these years. My coaching philosophy is person-centered, enabling clients to become the best version of themselves. I am Managing Director and Founder of Synergia Coaching. We are based in Staffordshire though work both nationally and internationally. My area of expertise is Leadership Development, and I work with Board Directors, Senior Leadership Teams within Schools, Business owners, as well as NHS leaders, managers and consultants. I coach both individuals and teams. Prior to running my own business I reached HR Director level working across a range of industries including consultancies, retail, manufacturing (both automotive and aerospace) and hospitality.

My approach to coaching is very much to work with each individual and how they present themselves within the coaching environment. I would call this person-centered, and what this means to me, is to use my experience and knowledge to select appropriate tools and techniques, to compliment and sometimes challenge them. My toolbox includes psychometric assessment tools, leadership and management theories, team coaching, the use of gestallt approaches, symbolism, clean language, solutions focused coaching, TA and NLP driven techniques as well as many more. I coach in person, as well as using video where preferred or appropriate.
