Having been a qualified coach for over 12 years, I’ve worked with clients at very different stages in their careers, and with a diverse range of people in terms of age, gender, background, sexual orientation, and dis/ability. I’ve successfully worked with people across all sectors to increase their confidence, self-belief, and effectiveness, achieve their objectives and understand themselves better. I am an accredited Professional Executive Coach with the Association for coaching and am currently applying for Master Supervisor accreditation. My areas of interest/specialisms include: • Leadership – including authenticity, managing uncertainty, inspiring and motivating others, professional authority, and presence. • Confidence – identifying/addressing limiting assumptions, imposter syndrome and recognising the value you add to your team/organisation.

I am an eclectic coach and coach supervisor: integrating a wide range of approaches and a toolkit collated from a number of fields, which I use flexibly and in a personalised way, to best suit the individual, their focus, objectives and learning style. Operating from a place of non-judgement, I love to work with people creatively, and with humour, to disrupt patterns of thinking that are no longer helpful and are creating barriers to change, growth and realising their full worth. I partner with each person in their learning and development, to help them clarify and reach their objectives and support them to look at things from multiple perspectives, with a high degree of curiosity and reflectivity.
