Coaching approach

Chrissie’s coaching style derives from her strong belief in the transformational power of coaching, which enables people to develop and grow beyond their own expectations. She sees her role as coach is to develop an environment based on rapport and trust in which the coachee can explore what is important to them, find what they want to achieve, and discover the path to those goals. Chrissie has access to a wide range of tools and techniques to draw on as appropriate. Every session however, will include the practice of the essential coaching skills of active listening, purposeful questioning and silence, also reflection and if appropriate, challenge.
