With over 20 years coaching and leadership experience, I specialise in supporting women in their careers at mid-life. This could be career progression, career transition or exiting the corporate environment and establishing their own businesses. I myself made a significant career change at the age of 44 when I left employment to establish my own business. I work with organisations to develop the talent pipeline and support women in their leadership development and to overcome confidence and fear issues. I provide coaching for organisations going through organisational change. I also provide business coaching and team coaching. I have an MSc in Coaching from the University of East London School of Psychology and a PG Diploma in Management Studies. I am a Member of the Association for Coaching and a Fellow of the Institute for Leadership and Management.

I use evidence based coaching approaches with a particular emphasis on behavioural coaching, cognitive behavioural coaching, solution focused coaching and person centred coaching. I tailor my approach to meet the clients needs. As well as drawing on my skills, training and research when coaching, I also draw on my experience progressing from a very junior role to a senior management role; as a mid-life career changer and someone who has overcome issues of low self-confidence. I work with individuals on a one to one basis and also do group sessions and online programmes. Sessions can be delivered face to face, online and via telephone.
