Bianca specialises in working with individual leaders, teams and boards in the financial and professional services sectors, drawing on over 20 years of experience in these sectors. She has deep experience in the finance function, having worked in external and internal audit, as well as during her current role of finance director at the UK chapter of the International Coaching Federation. Moreover, she worked intensely at company strategy level when working with boards during her decade in equity research at Morgan Stanley, where she supported investors make decisions in the complex European property markets, scrutinising the strategies and decisions made by the boards of listed property companies. Bianca's clints include individuals and teams at companies such as HSBC, UBS, Invesco, Investec, EBRD, Accenture, Deloitte, and many more.
