Coaching approach

Beverley's coaching philosophy is grounded in a belief that individuals are able to take responsibility for deciding their own destiny, both personally and professionally. She creates a safe yet dynamic space within which clients can gain new insights, consider more options and make better decisions for themselves and their organisations. Clients comment that she is able to intuitively observe unique styles, motivations and thought processes and build relationships that are honest, pragmatic, energised and potent. She is able to view another's world, see their perspective. Clients view this instinctive ability to understand as powerful, challenging and thought provoking. She builds a relationship which is based on personal equality, support and challenge where individuals feel ok to acknowledge their vulnerability, take responsibility for change and explore new options.
