Hi. I've been coaching for more than 30 years and before that I was working as a counsellor. I now focus on two specialist areas, Talent Dynamics and Parenting Coaching. Talent Dynamics helps individuals and teams to work in flow -at their very best, true to their strengths and talents. It starts with an in depth profile for each person -leading to a true understanding of self and of course others in your team. Parenting Coaching helps parents with the everyday challenges of parenting supporting you with fresh approaches and strategies which will help your home be a calmer, happier place. I've helped hundreds of clients and am passionate about what I do.

My approach is to work with clients to help them be their true selves and to grow in confidence. I am a great listener and questioner -that's core I think for any coach, but together with listening and giving time for clients to reflect, I only use strategies -whether it's talent dynamics or parenting strategies, which I know get results.
