I’m Assunta, a transformational coach specialised in resilience and employee engagement. I set up Kokoro Consultancy with the mission to help people thrive in business and life by bringing back more humanity. Before Kokoro, I enjoyed a varied international 15 years career, spanning from journalism, competitive sports, to human rights to employee engagement. I worked all over the world for brands big and small including Kantar Media, Tesco, lastminute.com, Photobox, Moonpig heading their employee engagement function. I know what it means to navigate work and life challenges while looking after our well-being. I now help leaders in organisations to create more resilient and motivated teams so that their people feel a sense of purpose in driving business performance and a strong sense of belonging that don’t want to go anywhere else.
