DELIVERY, ROLES AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY HISTORY For the past five years I have been a programme leader in the Further/ Higher Education Industry and worked both in curriculum design and teacher-training concentrating on Management and Teacher training and building a coaching and mentoring structure, succesfully in my workplace. PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS Described as an empathic and intuitive natural communicator, interacting and gaining co-operation from a wide range of people and organisations in order to accomplish tasks. These people are often from diverse levels within society or a wide range of cultural, ethnic or linguistic backgrounds and thus require an equally diverse range of strategies and approaches when interacting. Sometimes this may not involve the use of Orthodox Strategies. Personal Challenge and achievement and facilitation for others is my core aim.

Coaching approach

My approach to Coaching and Mentoring is facilitative and empowering taking as its base-model that anyone has the power to change for the better, individual, team or group and that the coaching process is an exploratory partnership between coach and client. Mindfulness and other frameworks add structure and allow exploration of relational depth and building and understanding experiential meaning. Lets explore together!
