Coaching approach

My style and values place high importance on building relationships and developing trust. Each person and team is unique and therefore no two interventions are the same but they all share a “no going back” change opportunity. As an accredited user of behaviourally based and EQ measuring & profiling instruments (EBW Master Practitioner – British Psychological Society) I ascertain current capability in alignment with personal and organisational requirements. The same instruments, performance measures and behavioural interviews can be used as a measure of progress and evidence of success. As a graduate of “Co-Active Coaching” via the Coaches Training Institute I help people and organisations identify and honour their values whilst achieving their goals. My approach can also encompass high challenge - high gain within strict standards set by the International Coach Federation.
