Ann is an accredited executive coach with The Leadership Trust and is also a tutor on their leadership programmes. She has a diploma in Coaching and is currently studying for a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring. She is co author of the Challenge & Insight Portfolio. Before, moving into coaching and consultancy, Ann had an impressive corporate career. She worked at Board and Executive level for more than 20 years. She was Managing Director of several business within Zurich Financial Services. Prior to this she was Corporate Development Director with responsibility for HR, Corporate Marketing, Legal and Strategic Planning.

Ann has over 20 years experience of working at Board and Executive level. Her interest is in “success through inspirational and effective leadership” Ann works with top teams on strategy development and consults on leadership, performance management, team dynamics and organisational change programmes. In addition, she will help to embed coaching techniques within the organisation she is working with. A qualified and experienced coach, she brings commercial reality into coaching sessions when required. Her recent coaching assignments have been at CEO, Director and Senior Management level within Financial Services, Publishing, Technology, Construction and the Public Sector. Her core values are integrity, passion, courage, innovation and confidentiality.
