Coaching approach

I adopt a collaborative style with the coaching client. The objective of my coaching is to enable the person I am coaching to identify their own goals and achieve them in their own way. This demands an adaptable and flexible approach on my part, one which draws on a variety of skills and techniques, so that any required goals or changes are achieved in the most comfortable and natural way for the coaching client. I like to keep my coaching straightforward and transparent. And, if appropriate, I can use, for example, NLP techniques, Alexander and Whitmore’s GROW model, 360 feedback (including Emotional Intelligence 360) and psychometric instruments such as 16pf/Myers Briggs/ the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) I am happy to work internationally and travel to suit my client’s requirements
