I'm an experienced coach with several hundred hours coaching and hold the ILM level 7 certificate and diploma in Executive coaching and mentoring. I work with individuals and teams who wish to develop themselves and to become confident in their work and personal lives. I work extensively in the education sector supporting leadership development programmes and working with Head Teachers to build their own approach to creating real impact in their schools.
