I am a qualified Business & Executive Leadership Coach and Coaching Supervisor. After being an internal coach for three years, in 2005 I started my own company and gained my Diploma in Executive Coaching (Academy of Executive Coaching) in 2007 and my Certificate in Coaching Supervision (Institute of Leadership & Management) in 2017. I am a member of the International Coach Federation and works to their Code of Ethics. I have over twenty years of senior and executive leadership experience, gained in the public and private sector. i am also a Chartered Manager (CMgr) and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), as well as having a Post-graduate Diploma in Strategic Management.

I focus on business and executive leadership coaching, which is where I can add most value. I use a variety of coaching models, based primarily on how you or your organisation learn best. This can range from visual work through to building models for your organisation. I work with both individuals and on behalf of companies. In coaching supervision, I work with 'whatever comes though the door', in order to assist you with your development, well-being and quality as a coach.
