Former Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) CEO Gina Lodge has joined coaching technology platform, Hoolr.

Lodge said, “The positive impact of high-quality coaching worldwide continues to grow, and evolve – it supports both current, next generation leaders and their teams. Hoolr has developed an innovative tech solution for coaches, companies, and training organisations, to simplify, streamline, record, and easily manage the whole coaching process in one place. I am delighted to be part of the Hoolr team and to support the next stage of the journey.”

Hoolr is seeking to transform the way coaching is delivered, managed and scaled, empowering coaches and coaching companies to streamline operations, enhance client experiences, and drive measurable results.

As CEO at the AoEC, Lodge helped build the organisation’s capability to support organisations worldwide in building a coaching culture. Lodge has been an influential figure in the coaching industry, with roles including UK, Africa and India chair at the Association for Coaching, a member of the editorial advisory board of Coaching at Work, and Forbes Coaching Council member and contributor. She was a member of the core team of Coaching through Covid, which offered pro-bono coaching to key workers in the NHS between March 2020 and July 2022.

Prior to becoming CEO at the AoEC, a role she held for seven years, Lodge was a member of the AoEC’s executive board for 12 years.
On her joining the Hoolr team, CEO Alasdair Ireland said, “[Gina’s] extensive experience and expertise in coaching and leadership will be invaluable to our team as we continue to grow and expand our services.”
