The Climate Coaching Alliance (CCA) is moving to a new chapter, with its co-founders Eve Turner and Josie McLean stepping back from its day-to-day coordination.

The pair, who founded the CCA with the late Alison Whybrow in 2019, are handing the baton over to a newly formed ‘Global Coordination Pod’, supported by ‘Global Activity Pods’, which will be organised according to living systems principles.

The CCA has developed an eco-system of 30 self-organising pods based on geography, language or topic, and is inviting members to help run or set up a pod in their region or area of interest.

The CCA is seeking to transform the coaching profession to speed up action on climate, biodiversity and social justice. It has more than 3,300 members in over 70 countries.

Turner and McLean will advise and support the group, with Turner also continuing to actively develop and work with strategic partnerships.
