Ireland’s national police service, the Gardaí, is to invest around €110,000 in executive coaching for 70 senior rank members to build organisational leadership capabilities within An Garda Síochána (Gardaí), according to published tender documents reported on in the Irish Independent. Coaching would be provided by the successful executive coaching enterprise to newly promoted chief superintendents, superintendents, senior managers, principal officers and assistant principal officers over a three-year period, according to the newspaper report.
