THE BREXIT EFFECT: BRAIN DRAIN OR CHANCE TO REASSESS?

Just over a year after the UK’s EU Referendum and after June’s shock snap election outcome in which Prime Minister Theresa May failed to get a clear Brexit mandate, researchers, industry commentators and coaches are highlighting a number of Brexit-fuelled challenges and opportunities.
Potential challenges for employers include a brain drain and skills shortage crisis, while for some, Brexit offers the chance to reassess and reform, and to improve the quality of dialogue in organisations and communities through coaching.
