TACKLING UNCONSCIOUS BIAS: EMCC CONFERENCE IN ISTANBUL

We need to accept that holding unconscious biases is normal whilst constantly challenging ourselves and working to recognise our own biases, said Jenny Plaister-Ten and Carol Whitaker.
