26 PER CENT OF RISING STARS RISK CAREER DERAILMENT

More than a quarter of high-potential leaders have a high risk of derailing, particularly those who are not self-aware and who greatly over-state their abilities.   These leaders are six times more likely to be rated as a derailment risk than those with accurate self-awareness, suggests research.
