Inclusive leadership still thin on the ground

Organisations must develop inclusive leaders if they are to survive, but these leaders are still very rare, suggests research. Vertical, siloed business hierarchies are being replaced with increasingly flat and modular structures, and a different type of leader is essential, according to a report by Opportunity Now (ON).
