Top Rank mentoring support

The intellectual and emotional engagement of the top team has helped Rank Group roll out a successful mentoring programme for leaders, according to Rank’s programme designer Clutterbuck Associates (CA). The aim was to provide opportunities for professional and personal development and encourage networking.
