Mums love Asda

Asda is supporting its female staff on maternity leave through coaching and mentoring to help retain talented women. The supermarket giant launched ‘Mum2Mum’ to coincide with International Women’s Day on 8 March. The scheme sees each mother-to-be assigned a mentor for a year from the business who is also a working mother. Participants will have two or three mentoring sessions in the three months before leave, remote contact on leave and another series of sessions in the first six to nine months after returning to work.
