Blair’s e-mentoring unlocks women’s potential

In emerging economies there is a much greater return on investing in female entrepreneurs than in males, said Cherie Blair, founder of the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. The Foundation's mentoring programme is believed to be one of the first international, cross-cultural programmes for women entrepreneurs. It has 30 mentoring pairs but aims for 1,000 over the next two years.
