Martin has an extensive background in Learning & Coaching across a broad range of industries & sectors, encompassing customer service, automotive design, finance & shared services in multi-national companies. An experienced coach with an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching, he has a pragmatic & solutions focused approach to coaching. Martin uses elements of NLP, Neuroscience, Transactional Analysis & Howard Gardners' Multiple Intelligences & is passionate about the importance of developing Trust, clear Objectives & understanding Motivating factors with all of his clients to help them drive performance & change. He provides expert support to VP’s & Senior Exec’s as well as New Team Leaders & Managers ensuring that they ‘hit the ground running’. He has experience of working on a range of change management projects from organisation re-design through to individual behaviour change.
Through thought provoking questioning he is able to quickly understand a client’s perspective on situations and to challenge them to find their own solutions. Martin holds the client accountable for agreed actions and follow-up. He is accredited to use PRISM Brain Mapping tools, Strengthscope, Extended DISC and TOM Tools and is familiar with using Insights Colour Wheel profiling reports. Martin provides executive coaching, career coaching, development coaching, leadership and performance coaching to VP’s, Directors and Senior Executives as well as to new Team Leaders and Managers, Graduates and other high potential people.
