Coaching at Work, the Association for Coaching, the British Psychological Society’s Special Group in Coaching Psychology, the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, the International Coach Federation and the Society of Coaching Psychology have joined forces to research the area of poor practice in coaching. We’re interested in what you deem to be unethical or merely incompetent (not grasping core coaching competencies) and what examples of poor practice you’ve come across. We’re also interested in what you think should be done to prevent or tackle “poor practice”. We will appreciate you taking the time to complete this questionnaire and thus making a contribution to improving the quality of coaching provision. The survey takes between 4 to 10 minutes to complete depending upon the depth of your responses.
