“Challenging Coaching: Going beyond traditional coaching to face the FACTS.”
This thought-provoking book breaks the mould of traditional coaching to challenge coaches and their clients to achieve courageous goals. Arguing that for too long coaching has shied away from adopting a challenging stance, the authors detail their unique FACTS model focusing on Feedback, Accountability, Courageous goals, Tension, and Systems thinking. In an economic environment where the needs of the wider organisation must take precedence over the particular wants of any specific executive, the authors dare the reader to go beyond traditional coaching and face the FACTS. www.challengingcoaching.co.uk.
