COMPANIES MUST ADAPT OR FACE TOP TALENT DRAIN

Poor company culture, lack of training opportunities and increasing levels of employee burnout are making it harder for organisations to retain top talent, finds research by talent acquisition firm, LHH. Some 77% of HR directors said their company’s leadership team now saw employee retention as an important issue, compared to 59% in a survey in 2021.
