British Transport Police (BTP)’s internal coaching and mentoring service is going from strength to strength. BTP has a number of new initiatives underway and planned including launching a matching app and developing team coaching, and is revamping existing initiatives including reverse mentoring. BTP now has more than 100 volunteer coaches and mentors, a small supervision group and more recently a team coaching team. It also has 20 apprentices – police officers and staff – studying for their EMCC-accredited Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring Apprenticeship. Next month...
