Despite the challenge of employees being short on time, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is well on the way to its target of a 50-strong internal coaching cadre by the end of 2015. The London-based Trust was awarded a bursary last year to develop a team of internal coaches, and has so far trained 20, with the aim of enhancing performance.
