British Gypsum builds networks

Building a string of coaching networks has helped British Gypsum break down silos in the business, improving trust, communication and staff satisfaction.
The success of the Saint-Gobain subsidiary’s organisational change project, started in 2007, was achieved despite the challenging backdrop of a global recession, delegates heard.
Saint-Gobain is one of the world’s top 100 industrial corporations. In the UK, British Gypsum now has just over 1,130 staff on five sites, along with four mines and four training schools.
