Margaret Maclay, a business performance coach and president of Maclay Associates, in Edgewater (US), has been appointed director of the FocalPoint Coaching Assessment Center for FocalPoint International, a worldwide consortium of business performance coaches based in Las Vegas.
She will train and support FocalPoint business coaches on using the Behavior Style Assessment suite of analytic tools, and collaborate with them to analyse and design action plans around the results.
