UK organisations want more bang for the same coaching bucks

UK businesses are not cutting their coaching spend but they do want bigger impact, warned Peter Hawkins, honorary president of APECS. “There is a great expansion of interest among senior director clients about how an organisation can learn from the hundreds of conversations within it.
