I have leadership and business experience in non-HR and HR roles in the UK and internationally. I have held a variety of training and development roles within the UK organisation of a major global FTSE 100 company. I also spent time there as an HR Director charged with shaping and developing the fledging international business. My early career roles were eclectic in that I’ve held sales roles in a variety of different fields including agriculture and line management roles in leisure and department store retailing. I have an HND in Business Studies and am a registered practitioner of a range of professional psychometric licences - MBTI, FIRO-B, OPQ. I also undertake continuous professional development in different fields of psychology – Gestalt, TA and NLP - and leadership. I am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and am working for PCC.
