Coaching approach

13 years of coaching has given Viv a wide range of coaching styles and development tools to allow her to respond to the specific and changing needs of the client. Her practice is informed by her Person Centred training, working with systems, recent findings in Neuroscience relevant to coaching and leadership and Transpersonal Psychology. Occasionally Viv brings in actors where role play will be useful e.g. exploration of leadership ‘presence’ and presentation skills. She bases her work on the belief that the client is the expert in their own life. The relationship that coach and client form allows the client to realize their own answers having raised their awareness and taken responsibility for their actions. She works with the client to help them set clear development goals with success measures, ensuring that coaching outcomes are linked to organisational targets and KPIs.
