Tineke is an Executive Coach, facilitator and trainer with extensive experience in coaching, training, teambuilding and organisational development. Over the last 15 years she has build up a track record of designing and delivering programmes around organisational development, leadership, change management, multi-professional team working, clinical workforce redesign and professional and personal development. Her career started in the Health Service as an intensive care nurse, clinical tutor, manager and director and she has practised in the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia and the UK. When working as a Senior Fellow in Health Services Management at the Manchester Business School (MBS) University of Manchester, she taught personal and organisational development on the MA programme for Health Services Management. Currently Tineke is a Visiting Fellow at MBS. She has an MSc in Training and Human Resource Management and has a Diploma in Coaching. She is also a qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner, a NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner and a LAB (Language and Behaviour) Profile Trainer and Consultant.
