I help business individuals who typically have an engineering, operations or technical background to excel. This could be in management and leadership, taking on a broader role or improving current performance. I have over 20 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Engineering and Operations in industries such as construction, shipbuilding and military training. Throughout the roles I have held, my primary preoccupation has been with the personal and professional development of those around me. When I recognised this was the area of my role that gave me the greatest professional satisfaction, I became a full time coach in 2009. My qualifications include Higher Professional Coaching Skills including team coaching and supervision, NLP, DISC, iWAM. I am a member of the ICF, IET, RINA, IMarEST and the RSA.
