Su has always worked in the people industry either voluntary as a Special Constable or with Victim Support, through to a professional capacity covering sourcing, managing and developing people in business. Su has 12 years experience in Recruitment and Human Resources, 2 years as a Business and IIP Adviser and has successfully coached, mentored and trained countless business and personal clients for over 12 years, with the last 8 years as Development Consultant for The Urquhart Partnership in Aberdeen. Su has exposure across all industries and sizes ranging from SME's (small & medium enterprises) to major operators. With her business background, combined with her experience in people skills, Su can quickly study and get under the skin of an organisation showing where their potential lies.
